Manager - Finance Controller - CA

Position: Finance Controller.

Location: Bangalore.

Working Days: Monday-Friday.

Experience Required: Min 5 years of experience post qualification(CA) and min 3 years in manufacturing industry.

Client: Smart Kitchen appliance brand.

- As the Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial.

- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting directly to the CFO.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic financial leadership, sound decision-making, and effective team management.

Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage the annual budget in collaboration with department heads.

- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and efficient working capital management.

- Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

- Relationship Management Maintain and Manage relationship with Bank Officials, Compliance-related officers and wherever applicable.

Qualifications: CA with 5+ years of experience

- Controller.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
