Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to support our offshore finance operations from Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working across cross-functional teams.

This role involves managing IT-related cost structures, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring sound financial decision-making aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for offshore operations.

- Prepare and review budget forecasts, cost-benefit analyses, and financial performance metrics.

- Collaborate with IT, HR, and management teams to align business and financial objectives.

- Articulate and present IT-related costs and benefits in a clear, business-focused manner.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial policies, and statutory requirements.

- Drive process improvements in financial workflows and internal controls.

- Support audits, reconciliations, and financial data validation.

- Act as a financial liaison between multiple departments, promoting collaboration and efficiency.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex financial data.

- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities to work effectively across diverse teams.

- Proven understanding of IT industry cost structures and operational frameworks.

- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and cost management.

- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving orientation.

Educational Qualifications

- CA (Chartered Accountant) or CWA (Cost and Works Accountant) - mandatory qualification.

Experience

- 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably in IT or technology-driven organizations.

- Prior experience in managing offshore finance operations or supporting multi-location teams will be an added advantage.
