Manager - Finance - CA/CPA/CMA

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Closures:

- Oversee timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures.

- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in line with IND-AS/IFRS.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the general ledger and sub-ledgers.

Audit Management:

- Lead statutory and internal audits, liaising with external and internal auditors.

- Implement corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

- Prior experience with Big 6 audit firms will be an added advantage.

Compliance & Regulatory:

- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements under Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable laws.

- Prepare and file all necessary returns, financial statements, and regulatory submissions.

Internal Controls & Process Excellence:

- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls for financial reporting and closure.

- Identify process gaps and drive standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements.

- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.

- Gain a deep understanding of production and costing processes to enhance ERP and financial systems.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Support the CFO in annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to strengthen cost management and performance.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team across accounting, payables, receivables, and taxation.

- Promote a culture of accuracy, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Professional Qualification: CA / CPA / CMA.

- 7-12 years of progressive experience in financial accounting, reporting, and audits within manufacturing organizations.

- Strong exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) preferred.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering-driven industry.

- Hands-on experience with inventory accounting, costing, and ERP management.

- Handling Big 6 Auditors
