Manager - Finance - CA

Job Description:

- CA with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.

- Candidates must have strong experience in AP, AR, GL, and end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

- Must possess expertise in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

- Should have prior experience managing and supervising finance teams with strong stakeholder management skills.

- Must have 3 - 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA, including T-Codes, invoice posting, and journal entry posting.

- Should have extensive experience in accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliations, collections, and payment processing.

- Must have a minimum of 3 - 4 years of hands-on GST experience, including compliance and reconciliations.

- Should have experience coordinating with tax consultants and managing statutory and internal audits.

- Must have strong business partnering experience with senior leadership and regional/global stakeholders.

- Should be proficient in month-end and year-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and financial close reporting.
