Manager - Finance - CA

Role : Finance Manager

Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (On-site)

Qualifications :

- CA Qualified (Mandatory)

- 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in Top 10 Accounting firm

- Prior experience in UAE/GCC region preferred

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, corporate tax, and statutory requirements.

- Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

- Review internal controls and implement process improvements for efficient financial operations.

- Support business decision-making through financial analysis, MIS, and reporting.

- Manage team performance and ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance.

- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Good understanding of UAE VAT and taxation regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced Excel.
