Job Description:

Financial Planning & Decision Support:

- Financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting & scenario planning.

- Board & investor reporting, variance analysis & MIS.

- Pricing, unit economics & product profitability analysis.

- Finance business partnering with product, operations & partnerships teams.

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

- End-to-end bookkeeping, financial statements & monthly MIS.

- P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & consolidated reporting.

- Intercompany reconciliations, consolidation & Ind AS compliance.

- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & payroll management.

Regulatory Compliance & Taxation:

- FEMA/RBI compliances (ODI, APR, FLA, ECB, CCD, UIN) & statutory filings.

- GST, TDS/TCS, advance tax, transfer pricing & tax compliance.

- Direct & indirect tax evaluation for business contracts.

- Corporate restructuring support & statutory/internal audit coordination.

Treasury & Fund Management:

- Multi-currency banking, FX exposure & banking relationships.

- Cash burn reporting, working capital & cash flow forecasting.

- Escrow reconciliations, payment gateway settlements & credit lines.

- CCD/CCPS compliance under Companies Act & Ind AS.

Process & Controls:

- SOP creation for finance processes & internal control framework.

- ERP implementation (Tally/Zoho/SAP) with access controls.

- Process automation to improve reconciliation & reporting efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

- CA (Mandatory) with 3-5 years PQE, including 2+ years in FinTech/Payments/Financial Services.

- Experience in FEMA/RBI compliance, statutory audits & cross-border transactions.

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS, Indian corporate law & ERP systems.

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modelling.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to GIFT City IFSC regulations.

- Knowledge of LEI, SWIFT, NOSTRO/VOSTRO & cross-border payments.

- Understanding of AI tools and models.

Role Type:

- Hands-on Individual Contributor role (No team management).
