Role of Finance Manager:

The Financial Manager will oversee financial operations in a SaaS environment, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, financial reporting, and compliance. This role is critical in managing subscription-based accounting, SaaS metrics, and supporting strategic growth in a fast-paced, data-driven business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Should have working knowledge of Ind AS

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team

- Will be responsible for preparation of consolidated Financials and managing the accounting and other compliances of foreign subsidiaries.

- Managing accounting operations (Revenue recognition, Accounts receivables, Accounts Payables)

- Managing tax compliance and coordinating with external tax consultants. Should have basic knowledge of International taxation.

- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll

- Preparing and publishing monthly financial reports.

- Participating in budgeting processes

- Coordinating with the Business group and heads in relation to finance and accounting

- Cash flow management.

- Implementation and monitoring of internal controls.

- Track and analyze SaaS KPIs such as:

1. MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)

2. ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)

3. Churn rate & retention

4. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

5. Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)

Qualification:

- Should be a Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of experience.

- Detailed understanding of IGAAP and IND AS.

- Advance MS Excel knowledge.

- Excellent Analytical skill with an attention to detail.

- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and Excel.
