Manager - Finance - CA

Job Description :

The Manager - Finance will oversee key financial operations for head office companies, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, statutory audits, IKTVA/LC compliance, and zakat filings. The role focuses on ensuring timely submission of financial reports and maintaining full compliance with statutory regulations and group financial policies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage finance operations, accounting activities, statutory audits, IKTVA/LC compliance, and zakat matters for head office companies.

- Review trial balances, MIS reports, and financial statements before submission to senior management.

- Finalize annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in coordination with the Group Finance Controller and Group CFO.

- Ensure timely intercompany reconciliations and financial accuracy across entities.

- Review reconciled balance sheet items and initiate corrective actions when required.

- Ensure compliance with VAT/WHT regulations, ZATCA requirements, and internal financial controls.

- Maintain adherence to Group policies, procedures, and the DOA matrix.

- Oversee the preparation of audited consolidated financial statements for 28 subsidiary companies, including holding companies.

- Manage zakat returns and head office company declarations.

- Coordinate with internal divisions and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and regulatory filings.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Certification : Qualified Chartered Accountant.

- Experience : Minimum 5 -10 years of experience in finance, accounting and group consolidations.

- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge in SAP ERP including data analysis, dashboards and reporting.

- Behavioral Skills : Strong communication, professionalism, presentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
