Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant to join as a Finance Manager. The role involves managing financial operations, ensuring statutory and tax compliance, handling audits, and overseeing accounts payable. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Ensure compliance with IND AS and accounting standards

Audit Management

- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits

- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit queries

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle direct & indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)

- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory payments

- Liaise with consultants and regulatory authorities

Accounts Payable & Treasury

- Oversee accounts payable processes and vendor payments

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and approval mechanisms

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

- Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and approval workflows

- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements

Qualification & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, audit & taxation

- Strong experience in audit management and statutory compliances

- Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
