We are seeking a structured & analytical Manager Finance [CA] for our family office to support accounting, MIS reporting, banking operations & compliance for company. A Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 - 4 years of experience from Accounts, Finance & Banking Industry. The person will work closely with the Accounts Head on supporting the core financial operations - daily accounting activities, financial analysis, compliance & process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Accounting & Controls: Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end closing with high attention to detail and adherence to accounting standards.

- MIS, Reporting & Analysis: Prepare MIS dashboards, business performance reports & variance analysis using Tally, Excel and ERP tools; ensure timely and data-driven insights for management.

- Accounting Systems & ERP Management: Manage daily accounting on Tally/ERP systems, ensure accurate data entry, proper encoding & system hygiene.

- Budgeting & Forecasting Support: Assist in developing budgets, financial forecasts, cashflow planning, and tracking of actuals vs plan with strong analytical skills.

- Banking & Treasury Operations: Coordinate with banks for payments, fund transfers, documentation, and treasury activities; ensure smooth banking workflow and compliance.

- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle vendor payments, vendor reconciliations, receivables follow-up, and cashflow cycle monitoring with high accuracy.

- Process Improvement & Internal Controls: Streamline accounting/finance processes, strengthen internal controls, and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Financial Insights & Business Support: Conduct cost analysis, profitability tracking, ratio analysis, and prepare management summaries to support strategic decision-making.

- Professional Competencies: Demonstrate strong numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, communication skills, ethical conduct, ownership, and learning agility for future leadership growth.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Batch 2021 to 2024

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Finance, MIS, Accounting, and Banking operations & Tally.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance & financial controls.

- Proficiency in MIS reporting, dashboards, financial analysis & management summaries.

- Strong hands-on experience with Tally / ERP finance modules & Advanced MS Excel

- High sense of ownership, integrity, discipline & learning agility.

- Ability to work under deadlines with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
