Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:

- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable and general ledger

- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in SAP.

- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and trial balances.

- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger.

- Review of venture partner working and venture partner agreements

- Review GSTR 1, GSTR 3 B and GSTR 9 workings

- Review of 26AS reconciliation on quarterly basis

2. Financial Reporting and Budgeting:

- Prepare semi-annual and annual financial statements

- Prepare monthly MIS for management review.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.

3. Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and financial regulations.

- Assist in internal and statutory audits, addressing audit queries promptly.

- Assist in Income tax, GST and TDS scrutiny as may be required

4. Technology and Process Optimization:

- Ensure optimal utilization of SAP.

- Review and improve internal financial processes for better efficiency and control.

Ideal Candidate :


Educational Background: Qualified CA (Fresher)

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting tools.

- Familiarity with taxation laws and compliance.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
