Manager - Finance - CA

Key Responsibility

- Manage daily finance operations across multiple warehouses.

- Ensure daily closure, cash/bank reconciliations and accounting accuracy.

- Drive monthly closing: accruals, provisions, inter-company entries & TB review.

- Prepare MIS dashboards (revenue, CM1, ageing, cost KPIs) for stakeholders.

- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

- Handle parent-subsidiary accounting, consolidation & cross-charges.

- Lead GST/TDS compliance, audits and financial governance.

- Assist founders in fund-raising prep & due-diligence documentation.

- Mentor and guide junior finance executives.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years in Finance, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or distribution. Multi retail ops handling.

- Experience in startup environments.

- Strong accounting knowledge (AP/AR/GL, GST/TDS, audits).

- Good understanding of warehouse/inventory cost structures.

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets + working knowledge of ERP (Tally/Zoho/Netsuite).

- Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
