Manager - Finance - CA

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end accounting cycle, ensuring timely closure of books of accounts (expert knowledge of Zoho Books is essential).

- Prepare accurate reconciliation statements and drive reviews of GLs, LMS systems, processes, and vouchers.

- Present MIS Reports including standalone, consolidated, and cash flow reports for board, investor, leadership review.

- Manage auditing cycles, journal entries, invoicing, stock management, accounts receivable/payable.

- Build and enforce strong controls around accounting and reporting processes.

- Ensure 100% statutory compliance: GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other regulatory obligations.

- Oversee and manage external compliance agencies, maintaining strict oversight and accountability.

- Handle reporting requirements for segment reporting, cost center allocations, and consolidated financials.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders including auditors, tax consultants, and partners.

Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, GST, Taxation, and Bookkeeping.

- Hands-on expertise in Zoho Accounting.

- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS returns, including filing.
