Manager - Finance - CA

Job Description:

- We are looking for a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant to join our team in Gurugram. The role involves end-to-end ownership of financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations), and supporting audits.

- The Chartered Accountant will also oversee financial reporting, AR/AP management, and cash flow planning, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and business growth.

Key Qualifications:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience, preferable in mid-size CA firm Or FMCG is mandatory

2. Proven expertise in GST, Income Tax compliance, and statutory audits

3. Strong command over AR/AP management, working capital, and cash flow control

4. Skilled in MIS reporting, financial analysis, and advanced Excel

5. Familiarity with FMCG/food industry accounting practices (trade spends, distributor margins, inventory)

6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors effectively
