About the Role:

Vipsa Talent Solutions is looking for a talented and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our client's finance team as a Manager - Finance.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid foundation in financial reporting and direct taxation, seeking to deepen their expertise in an Ind AS environment.

You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial records and providing valuable insights through MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and finalize financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Ind AS Environment: Work extensively in an environment governed by Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), ensuring adherence to all relevant principles.

MIS Reporting: Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to support business performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.

IFC (Internal Financial Controls): Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Internal Financial Controls.

Direct Taxation: Manage direct taxation activities, including preparation of tax computations and ensuring timely filings.

Audit Support: Provide support during internal and statutory audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor queries.

Collaboration: Work closely with other finance team members and various departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in finance.

- Proven experience in financial reporting and balance sheet finalization.

- Demonstrable experience working under an Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) environment.

- Solid understanding of MIS reporting and direct taxation.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
