Manager - Finance - Big4 - CA

We're hiring for the profile of Finance Manager for Dubai location

Education/Experience: Chartered Accountant with 9-12 years of experience

NOTE: Strong Big 4 audit / advisory background (mandatory)

Role Purpose:

Lead financial reporting, controllership, compliance, and decision support for the business. Act as a strong finance partner to leadership, bringing Big-4 discipline, governance, and analytical rigor into day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Controllership

- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Ind AS / IFRS

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of books of accounts

- Drive improvements in accounting policies, processes, and controls

Audit, Compliance & Governance

- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end

- Act as the primary liaison with auditors, tax advisors, and consultants

- Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax)

- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and risk mitigation frameworks

FP&A & Business Partnering

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Provide financial insights to business leaders for decision-making

- Analyse margins, cost structures, and profitability drivers

- Support management reporting and board-level dashboards

Taxation

- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance and filings

- Review tax positions, provisions, and assessments

- Coordinate with advisors on tax planning and risk management

Process Improvement & Systems

- Drive automation and process optimization in finance operations

- Support ERP / accounting system enhancements

- Mentor junior finance team members and review their work

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong Big 4 audit / advisory background (mandatory)

- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, audit, and compliance

- Working knowledge of Ind AS and/or IFRS

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable operating in fast-growing, dynamic environments

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have

- Experience working with founders or senior leadership

- Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border structures
