The role of a Finance Manager is aimed at ensuring the company's financial health, compliance, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making. - Regulatory Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and manage statutory audits. - Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow, developing strategies to optimize financial resources. - Taxation: Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes. - ERP Implementation & Process Improvement: Play a key role in designing and implementing ERP systems.
