Job Description:

A leading global beauty and skincare brand is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead core finance operations, reporting, compliance, and team management for the India business.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong expertise in financial accounting, reporting, audits, taxation, compliance, ERP systems, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced consumer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure to SAP FI/CO, corporate finance processes, and global reporting structures while managing end-to-end finance operations for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end financial closing, accounting operations, and financial reporting activities for the India business.

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, reconciliations, and financial controls.

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities in compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.

- Handle taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders for corporate reporting, business reviews, and financial analysis.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS preparation for leadership teams.

- Manage and optimize finance processes, internal controls, and ERP-driven workflows.

- Work extensively on SAP FI/CO and ERP systems for finance operations and reporting management.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, tax advisors, and external stakeholders on finance and compliance matters.

- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and financial governance initiatives.

- Lead and mentor finance teams while ensuring high standards of execution and compliance.

- Support business leadership with financial insights, analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting roles.

- Prior experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Brand organizations preferred.

- Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and ERP systems.

- Experience handling financial closing, accounting, taxation, audits, and compliance functions.

- Strong exposure to corporate reporting and stakeholder management within MNC environments.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience managing finance teams and cross-functional coordination.

- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic business environments.

- MBA / Commerce background preferred.
