We're Hiring : Manager Finance, Data & Systems Transformation | New Delhi (Hybrid)

Join a leading global venture capital platform and play a key role in transforming finance operations, data architecture, and technology systems across international fund structures spanning India, the US, and Mauritius.

Position : Manager - Finance & Systems

Location : New Delhi (Hybrid)

Experience : 7 - 10 Years

Qualification : CA / CPA / MBA

What You'll Do :

- Drive finance data architecture and systems implementation initiatives

- Support global finance transformation and process optimization programs

- Manage portfolio, fund, and investment data across global operations

- Lead system rollouts and technology integration projects

- Maintain transformation program trackers and provide stakeholder reporting

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India, US, and Mauritius

What We're Looking For :

- Strong experience in FP&A, Financial Operations, Investment Analytics, or Data-Focused Finance Roles

- Advanced Excel and exposure to financial systems/data platforms

- Experience in PE, VC, Asset Management, Investment Funds, or Financial Services preferred

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments

- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills

- Interest in finance transformation, automation, and data-driven decision making
