A retained customer of CXO Roles - Indias leading managed workspace provider, is looking for a Manager Finance & Accounts who can keep the numbers clean and compliant in a business spread across cities and entities.

The Role:

You will be part of finance and accounting operations in India. Your work will ensure statutory compliance, accurate reporting, and steady control as the business expands its footprint.

What You Would Do:

- Manage day-to-day accounting across entities and locations in India

- Close monthly books accurately and within defined timelines

- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities

- Ensure compliance with GST (returns, reconciliations, notices), TDS, and income tax

- Handle lease accounting and long-term contracts relevant to managed office spaces

- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits

- Work with consultants on assessments, filings, and regulatory responses

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Maintain financial controls and improve processes to meet Indian regulatory standards

What You Bring:

- Chartered Accountant with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience

- Strong hands-on experience with GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory filings

- Experience in real estate, managed workspaces, or multi-location businesses in India

- Clear understanding of Indian accounting standards and audit requirements

- Comfort working with detail, deadlines, and regulatory scrutiny

- Ability to manage a small team and coordinate with external advisors

- A steady work record that reflects reliability and professional integrity
