Job Title: Manager - F&A Quality

Location: Bangalore

Work Model: Hybrid (1 week in a month RTW)

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM (Alternative: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM)

Experience: 12+ years in Finance & Accounting Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations, including P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C

(Order-to-Cash), or both.

- Lead and manage a large team of 50+ employees, ensuring quality and operational efficiency.

- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and compliance.

- Mentor team leads and managers to boost performance and productivity.

- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and implement corrective actions as required.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 12+ years of experience in F&A operations, with 78 years in team management.

- Strong expertise in P2P and O2C processes.

- Proven experience managing large teams (50+ members).

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in hybrid model with flexible shift timings.
