Manager - Finance & Accounts - NBFC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Knowledge of IND AS accounting and reporting.

- Preparation of financial statements including notes to accounts and disclosures.

- Well versed with Loan Management System / SAP.

- Updated of regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI etc.).

- Knowledge of RBI compliances and RBI returns to be filed on a periodic basis.

Skills and Knowledge required:

- Accounting for Loans and Advances, Borrowings and Payables.

- Assisting in the financial preparation and RBI reporting.

- Handling data requirement from statutory / Internal auditors as and when required and help close of audit.

- Budgeting exercise and financial modelling to simulate financial scenarios.

- MIS.

- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect TAX.
