Manager - Finance & Accounts - NBFC

We have an opening for Manager - Finance & Accounts with a NBFC.

Location: Mumbai

Education: CA - 1st or 2nd Attempt

Preferred Companies: Big 4 / Big 6 Companies

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Overseeing SEBI LODR reporting and Related Party Transactions (RPT) compliance. comprehensive understanding of all RPT-related compliances.

- Practical experience with IND AS is essential and required. Proficiency in processing fees, including EIR, ESOP, and investment value.

- Verifying and approving the banking and investment entries. MIS for monthly investments.

- Figuring out investment/FD yields, etc.

- Making sure the team completes the monthly bank reconciliation on schedule

- Overseeing the Fixed Assets group and making sure all regulations are followed

- Taking care of regular accounting and accounts receivable.

- Managing audits and different data needs overseeing the reconciliations with different sub-ledgers and making sure that different departments are contacted for any arrears, etc.

- Automation for process improvement.
