Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing Industry - CA

We are Looking for Head Finance

Education : Charted Accountant (CA)

Experience of 3-4 years from manufacturing Industry (or) Freshers with good knowledge

Gender: Male preferably

Location: Oragadam (Kanchipuram Dt- Tamil Nadu)

Financial Management & Control

- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounts functions including books of accounts, finalization, and reporting

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization

- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial discipline

Costing & Budgeting:

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic variance analysis

- Monitor product costing, manufacturing costs, and overheads

- Identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities

- Support pricing decisions through financial and cost analysis

Statutory Compliance & Audits

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Companies Act, and other applicable laws

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants

- Handle assessments, notices, and audit queries effectively

- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory documentation

MIS & Management Reporting:

- Prepare and present MIS reports to management with key financial insights

- Provide analytical reports on profitability, cost trends, and financial risks

- Support management with data-driven financial recommendations

Team & Stakeholder Coordination:

- Lead and guide the finance and accounts team

- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, HR, and other departments for financial alignment

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, consultants, and external agencies
