Manager - Finance & Accounts - Investment Banking/FinTech - CA

Company Profile & Role Summary:

Our client is a holding company with interests in Investment Banking, Consulting, MicroFinance, SME financing, and Fintech.

Role is based in Mumbai, BKC, On Premise role. Reports to the Financial Controller.

We are looking for an Manager finance to assist the AVP for financial reporting, tax, audits, and supporting business decisions.

CA is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual IndAS financial statements for multiple entities including section 8 company.

- Responsible for consolidated financial statements for group companies as per IndAS.

- Lead the annual budget and forecasting process along with Business Modelling and Investor presentations.

- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.

- Experience in consolidation of multiple entities.

- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Audit and regulatory compliance.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
