Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee financial accounting, reporting, and compliance for FMCG operations.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure statutory compliance (Direct & Indirect Tax, GST, Audit).

- Handle accounts finalization, MIS reporting, and internal controls.

- Partner with cross- functional teams to support business decisions.

- Lead and mentor the finance/accounts team.

Desired Skills :

- Strong knowledge of FMCG finance processes and accounting standards.

- Expertise in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
