Manager - Finance & Accounts - CS

We are urgently hiring for the position Manager - Finance & Accounts for one of the Global automotive parts Manufacturer & supplier (Fortune 5 Hundred Company) in Bangalore.

Position Details:

Organization: Global automotive parts Manufacturer & supplier (Fortune 5 Hundred Company)

Designation: Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location: Bangalore

Qualifiaction: CS (Company Secretary) is Must

Experience: Around 15+ years of experience in Core Finance & Acoounts preferably from a Manufacturing set up.

Salary: As per company norms

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Day to Day Function of Finance Team

- Manage BOD and AGM along with Compliance Management

- Manage and Report Dept. KPI

- Knowledge in end-to-end Accounting Operation with Ind-AS

- Direct and Indirect Taxes Incl. Transfer Pricing Knowledge

- Conducting BOD and AGM and filing forms related to Secretarial job

- Having Managerial Skill to Manage 10 Members of Finance and Accounts Dept

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Operation

- Working Experience in Japanese Company

- Making Strategy for Short and Long Term

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

- CS is Must as a Qualifiaction

- Female Candidates are preferred

- Should have core experience in Finance & Accounts

- Preferbly from Manufacturing Industries.
