Role Overview:

As the Finance & Accounts Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing accounting functions, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, as well as external stakeholders such as auditors and tax advisors. Your work will directly impact the company's financial health and enable informed decisions that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing accurate and timely insights to management.

- Develop and manage the annual budget, working with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives.

- Conduct variance analysis, identifying and explaining deviations from budget, and recommending corrective actions.

- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.

- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management, providing clear and concise summaries of financial performance.

- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, conduct variance analysis, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends and patterns.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA/MBA Finance preferred.

- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment and proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
