Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting across group entities

- Manage audit and compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.)

- Ensure compliance with Indian statutory, tax, corporate, and labour laws

- Support payroll processing and HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.)

- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards

- Reconcile accounts with group companies

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)

- Experience in group/company reporting preferred

- Basic exposure to payroll processes

- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Access, and presentation tools.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
