Job Description: Assistant Manager / Manager Accounts & Finance

Experience: Minimum 56 years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Aurangabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Ind AS Compliance

- Ensure preparation and maintenance of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.

- Handle Ind AS implementation, impact analysis, and ongoing compliance.

- Balance Sheet Finalization

- End-to-end responsibility for balance sheet finalization, including P&L, schedules, and notes to accounts.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

- Consolidation of Accounts

- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for group companies.

- Handle inter-company reconciliations and eliminations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards for consolidation.

- Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.

- Ensure timely closure of audit queries and implementation of audit recommendations.

- Financial Controls & Reporting

- Strengthen internal financial controls and processes.

- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and statutory requirements.

- Hands-on experience in balance sheet finalization and consolidation.

- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in ERP systems SAP and MS Excel.

- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
