Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

- Responsible for GL related activities for assigned entities

- Scrutiny of Ledgers and TBs

- Coordinating with peers for process and reporting related matters

- Execute and monitor Ind AS related adjustment working of amortisation of distribution fee

- To liaise with Operations and treasury team on getting timely and accurate data for books closure

- Pass books closure entries and finalization of books of accounts

- Preparation of Ind AS financial statements

- Liaising and Coordinating with Statutory auditor and Internal auditor on quarterly and six monthly basis

- To critically review & ensure correct & timely generation of periodic schedules for finalization of statutory accounts

- To ensure reporting as per regulatory norms for the audited accounts

- To ensure timely filing of information with compliance team

- To provide timely responses to the queries and data requests by regulators or compliance team

- Ensure Networth is maintained as per prescribed regulatory requirements

- Chartered Accountant (MUST) with minimum 4yrs of experience in F&A
