Manager - Finance & Accounts - BFSI

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts) with experience in NBFC/BFSI.

The role involves managing financial planning, reporting, compliance, taxation, and risk, while leading a finance team and supporting strategic decisions alongside the CFO.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (Indian GAAP/Ind-AS).

- Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI, SEBI, and statutory guidelines.

- Oversee taxation, audits, internal controls, and risk management.

- Manage treasury operations and stakeholder presentations.

- Mentor and lead the finance team.

Key Skills & Experience

- CA/Cost Accountant + MBA (Finance) with 710 years NBFC/BFSI experience.

- Strong expertise in Ind-AS, auditing standards, taxation, and MIS.

- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
