Manager - Finance & Accounts - AI SaaS - CA

We are seeking a Manager Finance and Accounts for a funded AI SaaS.

Job Profile:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities

- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports

- Handle reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, GST, TDS, and audits

- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives

Manager Finance and Accounts Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance

- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ERP/accounting tools

- Ability to handle large datasets and financial reporting

- Strong ownership and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
