Manager - Finance & Accounts

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Finance & Accounts professional to join our Mumbai-based team to oversee the integrity of our financial operations. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end accounting lifecycle, ensuring that our financial reporting is accurate, compliant, and reflective of our business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional department heads, internal auditors, and senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. By maintaining robust internal controls and optimizing our accounting processes, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company's assets and supporting our long-term fiscal health in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Daily Operations: Execute daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, timely payments processing, and bank reconciliations.

- GL Management: Maintain accountability for the General Ledger (GL), ensuring accurate data entry, regular reviews, clean reconciliations and preparation of monthly financial statements.

- Financial Reporting: Drive the month-end closing process and prepare monthly provisions and accruals.

- Banking & Treasury: Manage routine banking operations, monitor daily liquidity, and handle treasury accounting activities.

Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including general ledger maintenance and month-end closing, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for stakeholders.

- Oversee statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings, to mitigate financial risk and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
