We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial operations, accounting functions, statutory compliance, budgeting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining regulatory compliance, driving financial controls, and providing strategic insights to support business growth and profitability.

The role requires strong expertise in financial accounting, taxation, audits, budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end accounting and finance operations of the organization.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

- Oversee general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial closing activities.

- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements, and financial reports.

- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.

- Monitor financial performance and analyze variances against budgets.

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.

- Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and financial audits.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and vendor payments.

- Monitor working capital, cash flow, banking operations, and fund management.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis for senior leadership.

- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.

- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team while ensuring operational efficiency.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
