Manager - Finance & Accounting - Transfer Pricing - CA

Job Objective

Manager-Finance role focusing on transfer pricing, inter-company transactions, compliance, documentation, global tax regulations, financial analysis, audits. Knowledge on IFRS, INDAS and International Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and implement the organization's transfer pricing framework for inter-company transactions

2. Ensure compliance with IND-AS, IFRS, and international tax regulations

3. Support international accounting & consolidation activities including elimination of inter-company transactions

4. Handle TP assessments, audits, and litigation support, including coordination with consultants/advisors

5. Drive automation and process improvements in TP reporting using SAP & Excel models

Key Requirements

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (Post qualification experience of 7 years)

2. Proficiency in SAP (FICO/MM)

3.Strong understanding of IND-AS and IFRS
