About the role:

Are you a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a passion for Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Client Advisory?

We're looking for an experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to join a dynamic and growth-focused organization where you'll lead financial operations, manage client relationships, and work closely with senior leadership.

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

What You'll Do:

- Lead Accounting, Financial Reporting & MIS

- Review Financial Statements & Statutory Compliance

- Manage Statutory & Tax Audits

- Drive Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

- Lead and Mentor High-Performing Teams

- Build Governance Dashboards & Business Insights

- Support Business Growth & Process Excellence

What We're Looking For:

- Strong knowledge of IGAAP, Financial Reporting & Tax Compliance

- Experience with Audit, Book Closings & MIS

- Exposure to Transfer Pricing, Company Law & Payroll Compliance

- Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills

- Team management and leadership capabilities

Preferred Skills:

- Ind AS / IFRS

- Advanced Excel (Macros)

- Power BI

- Project Management

- Business Development
