Manager - Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a subject matter expert in GAAP & IFRS compliance.

- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and financial statements.

- Guide and optimize processes in QuickBooks, SAP, and other ERP systems.

- Manage payroll, invoicing, and end-to-end accounting operations.

- Build and review financial models, forecasts, and budgeting frameworks.

- Drive Excel automation, AI, and RPA adoption in accounting workflows.

- Provide actionable insights for process improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance.

What Were Looking For:

- Strong background in Finance & Accounting with proven operational expertise.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (QuickBooks / SAP).

- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, VBA, pivot tables, automation).

- Exposure to emerging technologies (AI, RPA in accounting processes).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Technical Skills:

Must-Have:

- ERP Systems: QuickBooks, SAP (FI/CO modules)

- GAAP & IFRS standards

- MS Excel (advanced functions, automation, VBA/macros)

- Financial Modelling & Forecasting

- Payroll & Invoicing Tools

Good-to-Have:

- RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

- AI-driven finance tools (BlackLine, Trintech, or similar)

- SQL for financial data queries

- Power BI / Tableau for financial dashboards

Experience: 7-10 years in Finance & Accounting with ERP expertise and automation exposure
