About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Manager F&A with a strong foundation in multiple Finance & Accounting towers (R2R, FP&A, Tax) and a flair for training, transformation, and content development. The ideal candidate will drive excellence through capability building, best practice frameworks, and COE initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design training frameworks based on TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and gap assessments in collaboration with leadership.
- Develop and update high-quality content, case studies, and training material relevant to F&A processes.
- Drive best practices, transformation initiatives, and create knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Partner with CoE teams to lead continuous improvement, standardization, and benchmarking efforts.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance process excellence.
- Act as a subject matter expert across multiple F&A domains to support internal capability building.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong passion and proven ability in conducting training and developing content.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional qualification: CA / CMA / CA Inter (Mandatory).
- Experience in transformation or CoE-driven environments is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to Lean methodologies and Six Sigma tools preferred.
