Qualification: CA

Experience: 1-3 yrs having experience in handling budgeting, balance sheet finalization, taxation, statutory compliance

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

- Responsible for Finalisation of statement, Budget, Taxation & Statutory compliance.

- Finalisation of Accounts & Reconciliation of Financial statement and presenting to board, provisions, prepaid expenses etc

- Responsible for handling all taxes related filings and compliances for AMC and Mutual Funds

- Presenting required data to the stake holder as per the requirement

- Handling Audit processes, design the best practice policies and implement them. Prepare SOPs and process notes

- Preparing budget and analysis with actuals on monthly basis and actual Vs actual analysis

- Handling queries of both internal and external auditors

- Handling of all the E-TDS Computation and return filing

- Physical verification and review on FA compliance and Quarterly results compliance

- Ledger review, Finalisation of Fixed Asset Register & Revenue Accounting, payroll reconciliation, bank reconciliation

- Monitoring all reporting requirements of the regulatory body : SEBI, AMFI, RBI, tax authorities etc.

- Handling Tax Audit, SEBI Audit and other regulatory audits.

- Daily treasury management as to requirement of funds

- Approval of entries for payment and employee reimbursements

- Tracking payments of NFO
