About the Role:

We are looking for a highly capable and results-driven Manager Finance & Accounts to take ownership of our core financial operations. This is not just a roleit's a leadership opportunity for someone who understands both the technical nuances of finance and the strategic vision that drives business forward.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial reporting, compliance, GST, and cost controls, coupled with hands-on experience in tools like SAP S/4HANA and Power BI. Youll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial practices with business goals and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead month-end/year-end financial closings and prepare accurate reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

- Manage fixed asset register, insurance claims, and internal controls.

- Oversee GST filings, audits, and compliance with changing regulations.

- Supervise COGS reconciliation and coordinate with procurement/inventory teams.

- Handle timely vendor invoice processing and accounts payable management.

- Lead internal, statutory, tax, and J-SOX audits ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Mentor and manage a finance team of 35 members, driving performance and development.

- Identify and implement process automation to enhance efficiency and controls.

Who You Are:

Experience: 810 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably within the manufacturing industry

Education: CA-qualified (mandatory); additional MBA/Finance credentials are a plus

Tools & Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Excel

- Strong understanding of IGAAP, IND AS, and IFRS

- Analytical thinker with excellent reporting and presentation skills

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities

- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
