Manager - Finance & Accounts - Insurance Broking Firm

- Supervise the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure precision and adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as relevant.

- Coordinate and direct the internal and statutory audit procedures.

- Prepare and evaluate Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.

- Oversee GL reconciliation, ledger examination, and provision entries.

- Guarantee the timely closure of accounts at the end of each period.

- Engage with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory obligations such as TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.

- Lead and support the finance team in daily accounting activities.

- Establish and uphold internal controls and process enhancements.

- Deliver insights and analyses to management to aid in decision-making.
