Job Profile: Financial Reporting & Taxation (Direct)

Qualification: CA

Experience: 3-4 years (Post Qualification)

Industry: Construction/Infrastructure

Reporting to: CFO

Location: Delhi

Note: The candidate should have relevant experience in the Water Sector(WTP/STP/CETP) industry.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement in compliance with Indian Accounting Standard (IND AS)

- Consolidation of accounts for group companies with its subsidiaries.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors and manage timely closure of audit requirements.

- Maintain and review books of accounts, trial balance and other financial records for accuracy and completeness.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and other reporting requirements applicable to listed entities.

Taxation (Direct)

- Handle direct tax compliance including TDS, filing of returns, advance tax computation.

- Coordinate with tax consultants and liaison with government authorities for tax assessments / other tax matters.

MIS & Budgeting:

- Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports and variance analysis.

- Support in preparation of annual budgeting, forecasting and cost control measure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including projects, procurement and legal for financial due diligence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.

- Preferably from construction/infrastructure industry.

- Prior experience in a listed company environment is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding IND AS and tax laws
