Job Description:
Business and Financial Management:
- Review of agreements from the Direct Tax and Indirect Tax perspective. Assessment of Tax exposure and tax saving that can be achieved
Customer Focus:- Ensure resolution of various issues and queries raised by internal team members (head office and site) and external parties. Coordination with the Inter/ Intra Department for tax-related matters.
People / Team:- Resolves interpersonal conflicts constructively. Shares time, energy and knowledge with others to ensure they can succeed. Listens to ideas from others, even when different from own.
Process / Quality Improvement:- Ensure proper compliance with the operational process, procedure, checklists, and SOP as specified. Identify opportunities for improvement in the current process and system and suggest recommendations to improve the team's efficiency and service level.
