We are Hiring for Manager Accounts and Finance role with leading Interior Design platform for Bangalore location PFB, the details : Job location - Bangalore Work from office, 5 days working Job duties & responsibilities: - Responsible for all Account receivable transactions and to handle a team of 2-3 people. - Ensure timely accounting of revenue invoice, unbilled revenue/revenue accrual, Customer refund scheduling, Customer collections and streamlining of processes relating to Customer revenue, refund & collections. - Keeping track of all end to end revenue process including sale orders, invoices, statements and reconciliations - Monitor aged receivables and customer advances & communicate discrepancies to the management in time.. - Accurate reporting and analysis of Revenue, customer receivables & advances. - Ensure all Account receivable entries are according to Indian Accounting standards & IFRS. - Ensuring timely attending of customer queries & its resolution - Preparation of revenue budgets & comparing with the actuals. - Ensure proper & accurate capturing of taxes like TDS, TCS , GST & other statutory details Skills & Attributes: - Excellent understanding and knowledge of Accounting standard & principles, TDS, TCS and GST. - Ability to create quality reports & reconciliations - Highly confident with providing support and training to team - Excellent communication and experience in handling multi tasks - Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver quality outputs Qualification: - Should have minimum experience of 4-5 years in Finance & Accounts. Qualification: Chartered Accountants with 4-5 years of experience Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 or any equivalent ERP is preferable
