Manager - Finance & Accounts:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 years of post-qualification experience for the position of Manager - Finance & Accounts.

Role Overview :

- We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to join our Mumbai office to lead our core accounting and financial reporting functions. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end financial operations, ensuring the integrity of our books while providing actionable insights to the leadership team. You will act as a bridge between internal departments and external stakeholders, managing critical compliance and reporting cycles. By streamlining our financial processes and maintaining rigorous oversight of accounts, you will directly influence our fiscal health and support the strategic decision-making process that drives our business growth.

- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing end-to-end finance and accounting operations, monthly and -annual book closures, financial reporting, MIS preparation, P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and receivable, working capital management, and profitability analysis.

- Candidates should also possess sound knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, internal controls, and financial planning.

- Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to work closely with senior management are essential.

- Manage the entire financial reporting cycle to ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management review.

- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow and optimize working capital efficiency.

- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance, specifically managing TDS filings and other tax obligations to mitigate financial and legal risks.
