Manager - Finance

- This is a high impact & critical role within the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:.

- End to end ownership of the entire Finance infrastructuredrive enhancements, own transitions & manage user support.

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements & reports, including intercompany reconciliations.

- Establish and monitor the KPIs and SLAs on the overall finance processes.

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

- Research technical accounting issues for compliance & taxation.

- Support month-end and year-end close process.

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements and skills:.

- Proven working experience with automations & process / ERP implementations.

- 5-8 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

- Experience with creating financial statements.

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
