We are on a mission to scale our impact and are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to help us steer our financial planning and decision-making as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements

- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement

- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/Founders and support decision-making

- Oversee financial audits, tax planning, and regulatory compliance

- Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and other financial institutions

- Develop and maintain financial models for new business initiatives

- Implement and manage financial controls and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting roles

- MBA in Finance (preferred) or equivalent professional qualification (e. , CA, CFA)

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and taxation

- Proficiency in financial tools and ERP software ( Tally, Zoho Books, SAP)

- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
