Job Summary:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization.
- The ideal candidate will manage financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, while providing insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- You will lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate across departments to ensure sound financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Accounting & Compliance:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Manage banking relationships and optimize working capital.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
Strategic Support & Risk Management:
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions, investments, and cost control initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective controls and policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance management or senior finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems (e. , SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus
