Manager - Finance

Role:

We are hiring for a high-impact Finance role with a globally recognized food manufacturing organization known for its innovation, strong international presence, and large-scale agri-supply chain integration. With operations across multiple countries, the company is building a world-class manufacturing facility in Bijnor.

Designation: Deputy Manager Finance

What youll be doing:

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for plant operations.

- CAPEX planning, tracking, and cost control for ongoing projects.

- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and governance frameworks.

- Monitor financial performance and deliver actionable business insights.

- Oversee working capital, AP/AR, and financial reporting.

- Must have experience in GST, Insurance, fundamentals of finance & accounts.

What were looking for:

- CA with 5+ years of experience.

- Strong exposure to plant/manufacturing finance.

- Hands-on experience in CAPEX and FP&A.

- Knowledge of internal controls, audits, and compliance.

- Experience in FMCG / Food / Agro industry is a plus.
